As investment continues to grow and transform the Baltic Triangle area in to a major creative hub, Next Big Thing are offering newly refurbished and affordable workspaces in the form of 12 Jordan Street Liverpool.
The building is one of the few remaining Victorian brick buildings in the former Jordan Street estate. The building was damaged by fire in 2008 but has now been transformed into modern studio spaces with large windows, integrated shutters, exposed brickwork and grand floor-to-ceiling heights.
The aim of 12 Jordan Street is to provide flexibility for it’s tenants. Inspired architectural planning has freed up all external walls which allows the units to be split up to suit tenants space requirements.
