BBC Cover the Baltic Triangle

BBC Cover the Baltic Triangle

The Baltic Triangle has gone from strength to strength in recent years quickly becoming the hub of everything digital and creative in Liverpool. Once a disused, derelict and forgotten the warehouses of The Baltic Triangle’s impressive architecture tells its own story about the area’s glory days when 40 per cent of the world’s trade was passing through the city’s docks during the 18th and 19th centuries. Now, revitalised, rejuvenated and restored the area is dominated by a budding creative and digital presence; Baltic Creative, Queens Dock Business Centre, Elevator Studios and 54 St James Street to name but a few hubs of contemporary innovation ‘built to nurture new startups and new ideas’.

This BBC North West Tonight features interviews with Steve Levine of Steve Levine Recording, Lee Omar of Red Ninja Studios, Martin Kenwright of Starship and David Lloyd of Seven Streets.
