The Botanical Garden is Launching Two New Bars

On 30th June 2017, the hidden gem, The Botanical Garden, is launching two new and inspiring food and drink spaces.

Dockleaf and Kiosk are the brand new bars opening at the momentous Cain’s Brewery on Friday.

The Botanical Garden is famously known for being the only garden in Liverpool dedicated to gin and the team behind it have chosen two spectacular venues to add to Liverpool’s fascinating destinations.

Dockleaf is located in the original quality control room of the brewery and is an enormous drinking hall for large social groups and even for couples in search of a hideaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

It now has a polished marble bar top, antiques from Liverpool, and even a globe bar.

Like The Botanical Garden, Dockleaf offers a variety of delicious food from Ta’amiya.

As well as selling vintage spirits, it has adopted five distinct styles creating some tasty drinks; Harvest, Grain Silo, Fermentation Tank, Filtration Rooms and Mashing Room which include cocktails and craft beers.

Also on offer is an ever changing wine list; all you have to do is ask the bartender what fresh wine they have in for you.

Kiosk is situated in the old Cain’s Brewery site and set to be one of the most quirky venues in the UK.

Drinks and food on offer change with the season with the first stop being Italy, Ferragosto – which is the traditional celebration of the summer.

Expect Italian wines, vermouths and a changing food menu from Michael Carey at Ta’amiya.

The exclusive venue holds 20 people inside and up to 50 people outside; offering an incredible view of the brewery from the terrace.

Both venues are equally striking in their own way and are the latest addition to the Cain’s Brewery.

Pop in for their launch night Friday 30th June.
