Carl Murphy – founder of ICT Solutions – started out as a management service provider and now travels all over the country, every week, because of recommendations from clients.
Q. Who is ICT Solutions target audience?
A. The audience is anyone with a business and we act as the peoples’ IT department. Most companies have their own IT team but my business is appointed by companies without one. We provide expert independent advice for businesses and entrepreneurs of all sizes. At the moment, we now have 64 clients.
Q. What are ICT Solutions aims?
A. We have a clear objective to provide our clients with innovative, cost-effective and pro-active IT support. We care about our customers and the service we give them. We are continually re-investing in the business.
Q. What do you want for the future of ICT Solutions?
A. We want to stay in the Baltic Triangle but definitely branch out nationwide. We are currently looking for a suitable space in London and we want to find one in Carlisle. Our hopes are to build relationships with many more businesses and be their main resource to empower their business.
Q. Why did you choose the Baltic Triangle?
A. The Baltic Triangle is better because of the area. It is up and coming and people are usually of the same age group. It is filled with a lot of businesses and entrepreneurs so ICT Solutions fits in really well.
Q. What makes you different from other ICT companies?
A. We are all inclusive. We offer a set contract and we will cover anything that the client asks. We are an IT person for the client and act as if we are their own employee. Service is the key focus for everything. We have never lost a client, only people who retire. We make IT a pleasure, not a pain.
