The Baltic Broadcasting Company’s aim is to provide a monthly podcast for businesses in the Liverpool City Region whatever their size, from start-ups to long-established companies.
In the second edition of the podcast, we go on a tour of Liverpool Life Sciences UTC with Principle Ian Parry, who talks on the setting up of the groundbreaking academy, how it is that they can offer an education programme that’s better equipped than some Universities, and their business links with science innovators and HE institutions.
We also talk to Jo Morfee of Liverpool Girl Geeks on business, technology and how women are setting their own path in the STEM (Science, Tech, Electronics and Mathematics) industries.
One of our key aims is to help to build bridges between the new digital sector and the more traditional economy. We will champion innovation and success and challenge our decision-makers and movers and shakers.
Most of all we need YOUR feedback.
