ONYX returns to the Baltic Triangle this Saturday at 24 Kitchen Street and will see the usual array of resident DJs, special guests and emerging local talent.
This is an all-day and all-night event, bringing you the best techno and house beats by some of the best up and coming artists.
Headlined by tech-house DJ Kinnerman, ONYX promises good times, positive vibrations and a space to dance the night away.
Event organiser, Daniel Lynch started ONYX as a result of his love for dance music and a genuine desire to bring people together to celebrate Liverpool’s thriving music scene: “My motivation for starting ONYX up came from when I was attending festivals and other events around the city and the Baltic.
“The main reason was I just really wanted to bring the people together and also thrived off seeing everybody dancing and enjoying themselves together.
“I just like creating the perfect sort of festival vibe for the people.”
With Liverpool Psych-Fest, Threshold Festival and Positive Vibrations, Baltic Triangle is now home to a diverse and energetic music scene and is becoming the go-to place for Liverpool’s music lovers and night-time revellers.
Daniel said: “I have my events in the Baltic Triangle area simply because it is by far the coolest end of Liverpool and it is where you will find the most hip, down to earth, diverse and creative individuals.
“The venue at 24 Kitchen street attracted me because of the real underground feel you get from it.
“It’s an earthy and funky establishment that’s perfect for the type of vibe we are going for.”
ONYX will be on Saturday 5th August from 1pm -5am. Tickets at the door and free entry until 4pm.
