We work with some of the best people in the business – architects, engineers, designers, contractors – who all help us deliver exceptional projects. Some of these projects, on the face of it, were not viable – they just didn’t work financially. But with a combination of creativity and micro-management of difficult schemes, we have made them work. In some cases, we have also helped to bring a financial solution for projects through close connections with development funders.
