Since Klopp’s arrival in the Baltic Triangle, the area has seen an increase in tourists and away-fans on match day, showing the Liverpool Mangers ever-growing appreciation from football fans. If it’s new, we want to create the best spaces that we can for people to live or work in. If it’s old we want to save the best bits and add exciting new elements that will ensure the buildings fit with the demands of modern life. We work with some of the best people in the business – architects, engineers, designers, contractors – who all help us deliver exceptional projects. Some of these projects, on the face of it, were not viable – they just didn’t work financially. But with a combination of creativity and micro-management of difficult schemes, we have made them work. In some cases, we have also helped to bring a financial solution for projects through close connections with development funders.
