The Jurgen Klopp mural stating the words… We are Liverpool, this means more! Was commissioned by Liverpool FC to celebrate the continuing love and ultimate success of Jurgen Klopp.
The artwork was depicted by Akse P19 who is a French street artist based in Manchester and pretty much completed within a day. Akse has also created amazing street art of famous celebrities in Shoreditch, Birmingham and Manchester.
Since Klopp’s arrival in the Baltic Triangle, the area has seen an increase in tourists and away-fans on match day, showing the Liverpool Mangers ever-growing appreciation from football fans.
Originally the mural was rejected by a number of independent venues in fear of offending the blue half of Liverpool but with the help of the Baltic Triangle Team, P & R Tyres ( Everton Fans) gave permission to use their space.
The Klopp Mural is located on Jordan Street, opposite a platform that regularly hosts amazing sculptures by independent artists. It’s also, in sight of the venue that hosts Boss Nights! Taken over by Liverpool Fans for every European away game, where supporters sing and watch the game in an atmosphere only Anfield can beat.
