Jordan Street Studios is home to over 20 creative, design, media and marketing companies alongside a large co-working space and fantastic coffee shop.
Established in 2014, the building has a range of studios : from single desk licenses to large 500 sqft dedicated offices. All customers have unlimited access to the 10 person meeting room with 4K monitor and projector facilities. The building has a 300mbps lease line metronet internet system which, alongside all bills and 24/7 access, is included in the price.
Ground floor spaces have exposed concrete floors, suspended metal lighting, brick walls and large windows. First floor offices have large open roof spaces, exposed trusses and brickwork alongside great views towards the Anglican Cathedral.
Our co-working space is available on flexible monthly licenses which includes meeting room use, super-fast internet, all furniture and 24/7 access.
The building is one of the few remaining Victorian brick buildings in the former Jordan Street estate. The building was damaged by fire in 2008 but has now been transformed into modern studio spaces with large windows, integrated shutters, exposed brickwork and grand floor-to-ceiling heights.
