Baltic Triangle business The Liverpool Vets wins Best Start Up in Best UK Vet Awards 2019

Today the winners of the Best UK Vet Award 2019 were revealed with the Baltic Triangle’s very own The Liverpool Vets winning Best New Start Up, a new category introduced this year.

The Liverpool Vets is an independent community veterinary practice which set up in the Baltic Triangle in November last year. This specialist practice looks after pets in Liverpool and works with local charities, including treating dogs belonging to homeless people, supporting local rehoming centres, trying to reduce the number of people bitten by dogs and educating school children about healthy, happy, safe pets in our city.

Danielle Greenberg, founder of The Liverpool Vets commented, “We are ecstatic to win Best New Start Up, we are a small group of experienced and dedicated veterinary professionals that have come together with a shared mission to establish and deliver a truly outstanding veterinary clinic in our city. It is great recognition for the team to win this award, which is based on customer reviews. I hope this encourages other to set up on their own and show how even in a short amount of time you can build a great reputation for your practice and make a genuine difference to the animals in your community.”

The awards organised by VetHelpDirect.com have been running for the last seven years and are based on genuine pet owner reviews of veterinary practices around the United Kingdom.  The practices with the highest number of four- and five-star reviews from their customers over the last year are then rewarded. It is to their enormous credit that Danielle and her team have achieved this award and is another great example of a thriving independent business based in the Baltic Triangle.
