Ping Pong Fight Club comes to the Baltic

Ping Pong Fight Club comes to the Baltic

“Honour is wrought in the fires of battle.” (Anonymous)

We’ve all fantasised about being a character in the film Fight Club – challenging yourself through physical combat can be a very seductive thing. However, the thought of being punched in the face is enough to bring anyone back to reality. Fortunately, there are many forms of battle and many ways in which to win your honour.

Ping Pong Fight Club (PPFC) is a city wide, inter-company ping pong tournament, networking and team building event that brings businesses and colleagues together for an epic battle of skill. PPFC offers you the opportunity to test yourself against rival businesses in a winner takes all competition and ensures you’ll have bragging rights around the city.

The tournament will take place 2 November under the unforgiving lights of the Camp & Furnace and will attract an array of different businesses all vying for the title of Liverpool’s first Ping Pong Fight Club Champions.

The competition is real and the battles will be fiercely fought but there are also other aspects to this event which make it the perfect teambuilding exercise and staff night out.

Not your run of the mill corporate night out, Ping Pong Fight Club will attract 16 companies, 64 players (4 from each company) and hundreds of work colleagues in the city’s most iconic building. If you are looking for something completely different, exciting and fun to engage with your colleagues, this is it!

With DJs, pop up bars, social play zones, ping pong robot challenges, face-painters, ‘Tsingtao’s Beer Pong Championships’, speed ping pong networking, street food and huge prizes for the victors PPFC guarantees a memorable experience for all involved.

All packages include complementary drinks, branded company t-shirts, sweatbands, key rings and all the things you’ll need to ensure you’re ready and prepared for victory.

In the run up to the event, the team at Baltic Triangle are putting together a Ping Pong team and we will be challenging rivals to a series of warm up competitions. We will be filming our progress so look out for these videos in the coming weeks.

The Baltic Triangle and Baltic Creative will be entering a team so, if you have what it takes and ready to take us on then book your place for what promises to be an amazing night.
